Shipping policy
GN Technologies currently ships to addresses within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. This confirmation lets you know that your order has been successfully received and is being prepared for processing. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and preparation for shipment to ensure your purchase arrives in excellent condition.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended, but our team works diligently to keep orders moving as quickly as possible.
If an item becomes temporarily unavailable or requires additional preparation, we will contact you promptly with an updated delivery timeline and available options.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment throughout its journey until delivery.
For larger freight shipments, tracking details and delivery scheduling information will be provided when available.

After your order has been processed, most shipments arrive within 3–7 business days, resulting in a typical total delivery time of 7–12 business days from the date your order is placed.
